All Spring Sports will begin on Monday, March 11. 

Athletes need the following:

If it is your first sport of the year:

-Athletic Physical (dated after April 15. 2018)

-Consent Form

-Athletic Insurance -$25

-Code of Conduct sign off sheet

*All of these forms are available at lnknights.com under "More" and then "Files and Links". 

If you have already completed an athletic season or completed a tryout, you only need an updated Consent Form to begin. 

A lot of students have picked up the forms, we just need them returned to have an accurate list for the coaches. Any specific team needs will be discussed by the Coaches at the Parent Meeting for your Sport.
