Cross Country Tears It Up at the Jackson Invite.

Running on a cool fall day the Women's Cross Country tore it up at The Jackson Invite. The Lady Knights posted five PR's and two season PR's ,and looked sharp as they raced some of the top teams in the State . Joy Hart crossed first for the Knight's with a 49th place finish her time was 20:08, next up was Annaliese Bol she finished in 86 place with a time of 20:55, Haniya Frayer scooted across the line in 98th place with a time of 21:18, Sara Elfring put together a solid race with a 133rd place finish posting a time of 22:40, next up was Delaney Schuitheiss she finished in 138th place her time was 22:55, Lillian Daniels running strong finished in 143rd place her time was 23:21, rounding out the top seven was Ashley Keltsch she finished in 146th place her time was 23:35. The Knights race at Gull Lakeview Golf Course in Richland on Oct.2 at 5:40pm
