The team will play in the SMAC Tournament on Saturday at the Portage Schools.  Congratulations to Junior Reed Crocker who moved to 18-2 for his 80th career win against 6 losses. Junior Joe Meyers has played a limited schedule this season but is now 5-0 on the year. The continued overall improvement of the team has been interesting to keep tabs on and we look forward to improved results tomorrow, Saturday and in the MHSAA Regional.

The Men's Tennis Team will send three players to the Greater Kalamazoo Tennis Tournament Final Day today. Sophomore Tieran Rafferty and Junior Sawyer Spink defeated Galesburg Augusta in the Round of 16 by the scores of 6-1, 6-2. They defeated Hackett in the Quarterfinals 6-3, 6-4 before falling to Portage Central in the Semi-Finals. They will face Mattawan today for third place.  Junior Reed Crocker defeated Hackett 6-1, 6-1 in the Round of 16, defeated Otsego in the Quarterfinals 6-0, 6-0, and Vicksburg 6-0, 6-1 in the semi-finals. Reed moved his season record to 16-1 and is now 78-5 in his career at Loy Norrix. He will face Portage Northern in the finals today.  The team has 6 points and is currently in 10th place.
