Lady Knights scorch PWMS Cross Country Course

In the D1 Region 3 race the Lady Knights unfortunately were unable to advance a runner to next weeks State Final ,but it was not for a lack of effort. We put 12 on the line (7 Varsity, 5 JV), and posted 9 PR's , with some dropping over a minute or more , and that's about as good as it gets. Our hard charging Lady Knights were led by , Joy Hart(33), Haniya Frayer(38), Sara Elfring(54), Annaliese Bol(63), Delaney Schuitheiss(67), Ashley Keltsch(79), and Isabella Ford(93) . The Lady Knights finished 10th out of 14

Cross Country Tears It Up at the Jackson Invite.

Running on a cool fall day the Women's Cross Country tore it up at The Jackson Invite. The Lady Knights posted five PR's and two season PR's ,and looked sharp as they raced some of the top teams in the State . Joy Hart crossed first for the Knight's with a 49th place finish her time was 20:08, next up was Annaliese Bol she finished in 86 place with a time of 20:55, Haniya Frayer scooted across the line in 98th place with a time of 21:18, Sara Elfring put together a solid race with a 133rd place finish posting a time of 22:40, next up was Delaney Schuitheiss she finished in 138th place her time was 22:55, Lillian Daniels running strong finished in 143rd place her time was 23:21, rounding out the top seven was Ashley Keltsch she finished in 146th place her time was 23:35. The Knights race at Gull Lakeview Golf Course in Richland on Oct.2 at 5:40pm

Joy Hart led the Women's Cross Country team to an 11th place finish out of 14 schools. Joy placed 18th earning a medal, Annaliesse Bol was close behind in 39th, followed by Sara Elfring's 82nd place finish, next up was Delaney Schuitheiss at 90th, Lillian Daniels in 92nd, Georiga Hill in 96th, Ashley Keltsch in 100th,Kinsey Skjoid in 111th, and Isabella Ford in 112th . The Knights run this Friday at the MSU Spartan Invitational .

The Women’s Cross Country Team finished 9th at the Portage Central Early Bird Invitational. Sophomore Joy Hart was the top finisher for the Knights finishing in 17th place.
The Knights will run again on Thursday at the Adrian Invitational which begins at 5:00 P.M.
The Women’s Cross Country Team finishes 5th at the Burt Cebulski Invite.
