Two Volleyball Titles were brought home on Saturday with the Junior Varsity battling back from an up and down morning to finish 3-0-3 and win the Three Oaks River Valley Invitational. The JV Knights enter the final week of the season with a 12-17-8 record. They will be at the Portage Northern Mini-Tournament today, host Lakeshore on Wednesday and finish the season at the SMAC JV Tournament at Portage Central on Saturday. 

The Freshman Team went 5-1 on Saturday to capture the Battle Creek Central Invitational. The Knights moved through the first portion of the tournament 4-0 heading into the finals. BC Lakeview won the first match but it was a double elimination tournament and the Knights pulled out the title match. 

The Freshman Knights improve to 20-13-6 overall. They will host Lakeshore on Wednesday, travel to the SMAC Freshman Tournament at Portage Central on Saturday, and close out the season at the Parchment Mini-Invite on 10/28. 

The Varsity Knights traveled to the Jonesville Pink Out Invitational on Saturday. The Knights went 1-2-2 and lost in the Silver Division Semi-Finals. The Team now stands at 3-30-7 on the season. The Varsity will host Lakeshore for Senior Night on Wednesday, before heading to the SMAC Varsity Tournament at BC Lakeview on 11/2. 

The following is the schedule for the MHSAA District 14 Volleyball Tournament at Sturgis:

Monday- 11/4:

6:00- Coldwater vs. BC Lakeview

7:30- Sturgis vs. Loy Norrix

Wednesday 11/6:

6:00- Coldwater/BC Lakeview winner vs. Gull Lake

7:30- Battle Creek Central vs. Sturgis/Loy Norrix winner

Thursday 11/7:

6:00- Final 

Winner advances to the MHSAA Regional 4 at BC Lakeview on 11/12 and 11/14

The Varsity and JV Volleyball teams will host Hackett tonight. The JV will begin at 5:30 and the Varsity at 6:30.

The matches for 10/10 and 10/17 will be determined after the final conference matches on Wednesday of this week.
